问题现象

给微软的邮箱发信,就直接被退信!原因是邮件服务器IP在他们的拦截名单上。

只要是发送到与微软域名(包括不限于hotmail.com,live.com,msn.com,outlook.com)相关的邮箱或使用了他们拦截系统的邮箱,都被退信,服务器返回信息如下:

收件方服务器因未知原因拒绝连接。

联系微软邮局客服,他们有工具和权利去解除IP拦截。你可直接通过这个链接https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/8ad563e3-288e-2a61-8122-3ba03d6b8d75,发起工单请求。
